LS Advisors employed a structured products and derivatives salesman from BBVA

Benjamin Cazenave, a former salesman of structured products at BBVA, Paris, joined LS Advisors, an independent asset manager and investment adviser regulated by the FSC (Financial Services Commission) in Mauritius and the FAM (Financial Markets Authority) in Paris, as director and advisor of asset allocation.

D-Link (23 Mrds of C.A.) published an English case study on the implementation of its technology solution at LS Advisors “Financial Firm Transforms Communications with D-Link Solution” today, proving the commitment of LS Advisors to invest in Mauritius and the robustness of its technological infrastructure.

Training Licence centre

LS Advisors France SAS has received its licence for training centre in France, under license number 11754911775. This will allow LS Advisors France SAS to offer training to its customers, particularly on derivatives and structured products to help them to better manage the risks associated with the distribution of these products, but to also develop the internal use.

CIS Manager Licence

We are pleased to announce that LS Advisors Ltd has obtained its CIS Manager Licence on the 17th October 2012 with the FSC (Financial Services Commission, the organization which regulates non-banking financial institutions in Mauritius). It was created in 2001 based on the English model of the Financial Service Authority. Our licence number is C111009479.

Real Estate Agent licence in France

LS Advisors France SAS was granted its real estate licence in France on the 1st June 2012, bearing licence number T14615. Since then we are able to offer through our advice and transactional capabilities the support of the realization of real estate investments of our customers.

Wealth Management

LS Advisors France SAS was established on the 14th December 2011 and 5 months after its creation, it obtained its licence as wealth management advisor in France with ANACOFI under the direct supervision of the FMA. On the 11th April 2012 LS Advisors France SAS received its licence, under number E003149.

Yann Robbiola

Yann Robbiola, former director of equity derivatives and of sales of structured products in France for Merrill Lynch, left the US bank. Yann Robbiola, who was based in Paris, joined Merrill Lynch in 2000. At Merrill, Yann Robbiola held a number of roles including the sale of structured products, equity derivatives and investment funds (hedge funds and traditional) trading portfolio and equity salestrading. Recently he headed a team of five people on the multi asset structured class and equity derivatives. Robbiola was working for Citibank previously and before that at BNP Paribas. His destination is unknown, but we understand that he would set up his own enterprise.
